Practice typing the abstract first on a separate piece of paper.
Typing must be of high quality. A black carbon typewriter ribbon or a letter quality printer must be used. Use double spacing.
Simple tables or graphs may be included provided they fit within the rectangular space and are typed or drawn in black ink.
Type abstract within outline – do not go over the lines.
Avoid erasures.
Type TITLE in CAPITAL LETTERS in the top – box.
Type NAME(S) of AUTHORS(S) preceded by INITIALS in CAPITAL LETTERS omitting titles, degrees, etc. in the second box
with the name of institute and city in upper and lower case.
Underline the name of the presenting author.
Use black ink to add symbols not available on the typewriter or printer.
General
Abstracts must be received by the date, 15th July, 2020.
Each author may present only one free communication but may be co-author of additional abstracts.
If accepted, your abstract will be reproduced exactly as it is typed and will appear in the Journal of H.S.I., which will be distributed to all the
members.
The decision of Scientific Committee will be final as to where to accommodate the paper.
Approximate time allotted for each paper will be 5 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion on it.
If authors of accepted papers remain absent without prior intimation to the Chairman of the Sc. Committee of HSI, their papers may not be
considered for two subsequent conferences.
The abstract should be as informative as possible to include Object of the study, Methodology, Summary of results and Conclusion reached.

Abstracts will be reviewed and rated by a national panel of referees prior to final
determination on acceptance by the Scientific Programme Committee.
Abstracts must be related to original work and must confirm to acceptable ethical standards.
